At Kiksyco, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your experience doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to hear about it and we want to fix it. Our returns policy is designed to be fair, straightforward, and stress-free.
Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✦ The product arrived damaged or defective
If your product arrives broken, leaking, or visibly defective, we will replace it, no questions asked. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.
✦ You received the wrong item
If we made an error with your order, we sincerely apologise. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the right one at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Damaged or defective products, exchanged for the same item
- Unopened, unused products within a day exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue store credit to the full value of your original purchase.
